Your Friendly Nutritionist, as known online, I have been in the nutrition industry for more than 10 years. I have catered for clients in the movie industry, entertainment industry, corporates and housewives, just to name a few.
When I say I work with my clients, I mean it in the complete sense of the word. I will ask you to send pictures of your meals; and call you if you don’t do so.

To this day, I continue advising him as an elder sister and often collaborate with him on exciting projects.
Ganga
Ganga took up a one month long diet on her own after having troubles with acne, bloating and IBS. But instead of helping in reducing her troubles, it exacerbated her overall health, often making her feel weak.
After this, she decided to contact me for consulting her on her issues. A month later, her acne troubles were gone and she felt much better - physically and mentally.
Immediately after childbirth, I saw my weight gain by the day. I saw my physical health take a turn for the worse due to my overall lack of energy to do any physical activity and poor vitals. I wasn’t fitting into my old clothes and I saw my mental health take a turn for the worse with decreasing self-esteem and motivation.

Taking Control
This is when I decided to take control of my mind and my diet. Starting slowly, I did my research on balancing my nutrition for weight-loss and with an ever-determined mindset, I set myself up for the challenge.
Prioritizing Health Over Weight-Loss
After taking things too seriously, I realised that I was wrong in believing that being slim meant being healthy. I looked around and found plenty of people who looked slim but had very unhealthy vitals. This was when I started practising a holistic lifestyle.

My friends and family started seeking advice from me on how they can effectively shift into a healthy lifestyle. This is how my journey started as a nutritionist, by sharing the sheer joy a healthy lifestyle brings with it.
Built on my personal experiences, I have shaped my philosophy towards achieving a healthy, balanced lifestyle in an extremely holistic manner.
